Pick of the Crop Dance
Summer Intensive 2005

Are you thinking about pursuing dance as a professional career or in college? Do you want the best background and training so you can move ahead?

Pick of the Crop Dance's Summer Intensive is a two-week workshop for serious dancers ages 12 and up interested in concert dance training and performance—learning from working professionals.

The Summer Intensive is directed by Elaine Gardner—founder and Artistic Director of Pick of the Crop Dance, and Director of the Nichols School Dance Program. Her dancers and students have access to the unique knowledge system she has developed during her 25 year career, as well as the outstanding faculty she has assembled for this program.

Daily Schedule
9:30-10:30 floor barre
10:45-12 technique
12:45-2:45 repertory
3-4 improvisation & composition
